Situated in the most prestigious neighbourhood of Vellakovil, House of Windows stands as an architectural statement of contemporary luxury and spatial fluidity. The client’s brief was definitive—an uncompromisingly modern home with a sense of grandeur and openness. In response, the design embraces an ultra-luxe modern vocabulary where craftsmanship, proportion, and light interplay to create a serene yet striking living experience. At the heart of the concept is seamless connectivity—between inside and outside, public and private, nature and architecture. A series of thoughtfully placed courtyards punctuate the plan, becoming breathing pockets that encourage interaction, pause, and contemplation throughout the home. These landscaped voids serve as glowing anchors around which the spatial narrative unfolds, bringing natural light, ventilation, and greenery deep into the interior volumes. Floor-to-ceiling aluminium windows wrap the home in transparency and vertical elegance, dissolving boundaries and framing ever-changing views. The expansive glazing allows the architecture to merge effortlessly with the outdoors, creating light-filled spaces that transform with time and season. This defining feature lends the residence its name—House of Windows—a celebration of open living and visual continuity. Luxurious material palettes, refined detailing, and carefully choreographed lighting elevate every corner, ensuring a residence that is both opulent and deeply livable. The exterior and interior language flow seamlessly, echoing a unified design intent that is bold, contemporary, and timeless. House of Windows is an immersive experience—where luxury finds balance in clarity, calmness, and connection, and where architecture becomes a canvas for modern living.
